1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EarnITT ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EarnITT is a platform that enables users to generate AI-powered short-form video content and publish it directly to TikTok. The Service uses artificial intelligence models to create videos from text prompts or images provided by users.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account and connect a valid TikTok account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. TikTok Integration

The Service integrates with TikTok via the TikTok API. By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize EarnITT to access your basic profile information and publish content on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time through your TikTok account settings or within EarnITT. Your use of TikTok is also subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the Service is created using AI models. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before posting it to TikTok. You must ensure that any content you post complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines, applicable laws, and does not infringe on any third-party rights. EarnITT does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or legality of AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any prompts and source images you provide. AI-generated content created through the Service may be used by you for personal and commercial purposes, subject to applicable laws. The EarnITT platform, branding, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of EarnITT.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate deepfake content intended to deceive or mislead
• Violate TikTok's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. EarnITT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any actions taken by TikTok regarding your account or content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
